The Little Hero

The Little Hero

Once upon a time, in a lush forest, there lived a tiny spider who hadn’t eaten for days. His tummy growled loudly as he searched high and low for food. At last, he arrived under a tall tree where he saw Sister Sheep sitting quietly. In her hooves, she held a delicious-smelling piece of bread, nibbling it slowly.

The spider hesitated but finally gathered his courage. He crept up to Sister Sheep and softly asked, “Sister Sheep, I haven’t eaten in days. Could you spare me a little bit of your bread? I promise that if you ever need help, I’ll be there for you.”

Sister Sheep looked at the tiny spider and chuckled. “You’re so small! How could you ever help me?”

Hearing this, the spider’s head drooped in disappointment, and he turned to leave.

But as she watched the spider’s sad little figure, Sister Sheep’s heart softened. She tore off a small piece of bread and handed it to him. “Alright, here you go.”

The spider’s face lit up with gratitude. “Thank you, Sister Sheep. I’ll never forget your kindness.”

A few days later, Sister Sheep was walking home when a fierce gray wolf leapt out from the bushes and grabbed her. Terrified, she shook with fear and cried out, “Help! Somebody, please help me!”

As it happened, the spider was nearby and heard her cries for help. Without hesitation, he hurried to her side.

The spider shot his strong silk from his mouth, aiming it at the wolf. Before the wolf knew what was happening, his legs were tightly bound in the sticky web. He struggled but couldn’t move.

Sister Sheep, trembling but safe, slowly stood up. She looked at the spider with tears in her eyes. “I’m so sorry I underestimated you because of your small size. You’re amazing! Thank you for saving me!”

The spider gave a gentle smile and said softly, “You’re welcome, Sister Sheep. I promised I would help you.”

From that day on, Sister Sheep and the spider became the best of friends
